I concur.. Especially after some BAD experiences with Names4ever (I had inherited 400+ domains from them), Enom (approx 100) and gasp: Network Solutions (600), which is still better than Names4ver and Enom.. - But.. not my headaches any more.

I had to make a phone call to Domain Monger once for some quick support. They picked up on the second ring with a human answering and I had my problem resolved within two minutes. I was extremely impressed by that.

I only own three domains, and I've never needed to call my registrar, but I've been extremely happy with GoDaddy. (Of course, I also know enough to be able to avoid all the add-on services they try to rope you into. But at least they make it possible to opt out of those services.)
