There are a number of things there that made little sense to me, and that I'd like to follow up on when I have the time. Why, for instance, would a Hershey bar go bad after a year but olive oil be good for two? And what's their criteria for calling dried pasta bad after a year? Or giving honey an indefinite shelf life (uhhh, mine always starts to crystallize) and not maple syrup (which may need a re-filtering, but...).
