I think your question implies its own answer. Sates numbers 1 & 2, Wyoming and North dakota both have massive "mine head" generating stations, where coal is mined and directly converted to elctricity for export.
Remember: 1)figures don't lie, but liars figure 2)If you can't lie with figures, you shuldn't lie with anyone.
