auto shotgun

Uh. Yeah. FPS games are officially over: Low recoil 300 round per minute automatic shotgun. If Counter-Strike had ceased to be fun when they nerfed the Deagle and the Scout, this blasts it into total snooze territory.

I've had some fun lately with Metroid on my Wii.. but it's missing a quick and dirty game mode. It takes 30-60 minute chunks to get to a good 'save game' place. The controllers make the game, the Wii is awesome as a FPS where your hands guide things and interact with objects with the Wii-motes..

As for the "300 round per minute" shotgun, I think I fired a crude early version of that (a drum fed 12 gauge) at a friends house circa 1988. He owned a small specialty ammo factory in Monroe Wisconsin.

Personally: I'd want a large backpack of 12gauge shells on a belt feed. [big grin]
