I don't know, I didn't get a "not my fault" feel from it, I got a "we were down and here's the decision making process we went through to try to get back".
It'll never happen, but I'd love to see a similar article sometime on the selection of Joe Biden to be Barack Obama's running mate, because I think that decision probably had just as much "we'll alienate this demographic but get these others" as that ad. I recognized at the time that Biden was a brilliant choice because he made Obama less attractive to me, which meant that the Obama campaign was going with the "spread the widest net" tactic.

We will not edit your comments. However, we may delete your comments, or cause them to be hidden behind another link, if we feel they detract from the conversation. Commercial plugs are fine, if they are relevant to the conversation, and if you don't try to pretend to be a consumer.
