If you can stand listening long enough - the guy gets transfered to a "floor supervisor" who claims that the difference between 0.002 dollars and 0.002 cents is a "difference of opinion".
Obviously the kind of folks who's plane never takes off on a treadmill...

Agreed. I would have hung up on the account representative within seconds and called back in with the hope of finding someone who could do basic multiplication, and one who could also understand the basic concept of UOM.

This is painful to listen to. It makes my right eyelid twitch while listening to these people.
