Doing taxes, just downloaded the official IRS 1040 form as a PDF and printed it.
At the bottom of page 2, is says: printed on recycled paper. I think it is, I'm not sure.. but that it said that on the bottom of the original PDF is just hilarious. Probably part of some government-wide green initiative that is costing us millions to have that added to all forms, no matter what the paper it eventually gets printed on actually is.

Speaking of re-filled ink cartridges...I had the Hewlett-Packard printer cartridges refilled at Walgreens. $10 for black, $15 for color. After reinstalling to the printer the "full" cartridges, I am getting a "black ink is low" message. I've followed the directions according to printer "help", recalibrated, cleaned, and recalibrated AGAIN, but still get low ink message. Could someone tell me why the printer seeing the full/refilled cartridges? Thank you!

They'd probably fine you if you printed it on non-recycled paper. And fine you more if you crossed off the notice.
