I'm still a grass fed guy, but I like that slight chew at the end.

SO... St. Helena still rocks but is a bit out of the way. http://www.longmeadowranch.com/Farmstead-Restaurant not bad eats but i'm still not fully embracing 100% grass fed beef. Grain finished beef always seems to have better texture and flavor. Tasty eats just the same
