Yep. One of the criteria when looking for the house was high enough to be out of the flood zone, flat enough that when another 1993 or 1998 rolled around the house wouldn't slide off the hills.
The boulders came from Mendocino, I don't even wanna think about where the flagstone came from given what it cost, but the color seemed to work the best of the stuff in the yard...

Looks nice. You had to have boulders DELIVERED? We have to worry about Mother Nature rolling some into the house..
