Annoying: My new 2 Wire modem/gateway binds machines to interfaces, so I can't hop WiFi networks between house and shop. Grrr.

Had a modem supplied to me by Qwest that was so limited I finally had to disable all its functionality and have a router (wrt54gl with dd-wrt) log in through it. Much better.
