(1) The article actually has seven rules.

(2) One part of the article is outdated: According to the USA/Patriot Act, a police officer may request your ID at any time. You are not *required* to carry an ID, but if you do not show it, the officer has the ability to detain you until your identity has been established. (Yik.)
