Yeah, it's both the PDF and that it takes a while to find the PDF rather than the funky-ass online viewer.

Guessing you mean the PDF-only download of the book? I suspect that it may not be 'half getting' as much as deliberate rejection. As you've noticed yourself, 'kids these days' are beginning to pull back from having their whole lives online, and I think that's especially true of the ones who would be most interested in Tactical Urbanism.
