That size is perfect for the table top I'm thinking of. I just need a place next to "my chair" big enough to sit my coffee on in the morning and my Scotch on in the evening. (No, I don't drink Scotch that often but that image sounded better than "sweetea") Anything bigger and something gets laid on it and I have no place to sit my drink.

It's kind of frying pan trivet sized. The bandsaw won't cut more than a 12" round, but we will probably end up trying something bigger shortly. Although I'll also probably find a way to use the rest of the block of host wood more intelligently.

What are the dimensions of this? I'm thinking that would make a nice little table top but it may be more belt buckle size. I can't tell.
