70 year old 34 year court employee fired 9 months before retirement for pointing out the correct forms which got DNA testing that exonerated a man wrongfully convicted of rape:
The document you chose was, in effect, your recommendation for a Motion for DNA testing that would likely be successful in this Division, Byrn wrote. But it was clearly improper and a violation of Canon Seven
which warns against the risk of offering an opinion or suggested course of action.

If I can quote Edward Snowden's father's legal counsel:
Have you forgotten the Supreme Court's gospel in Berger v. United States that the interests of the government "in a criminal prosecution is not that it shall win a case, but that justice shall be done?"
