Yeah that looks the about the right ratio. The problem is there are not enough good parts to complete most projects. I sometimes wonder if signal to noise is a cosmological constant. it may have evolved that over countless quantum fluctuation s or even if an intelligent designer rigged it that way, just so she could screw with people like me, it seems to always be there.
