DIYers/contractors: Do we rent a $65/day tile saw, or buy a Craigslist $500 one and sell it after the tile is done?

My concern is accuracy (although, as with such things, I can probably make do with precision). A friend has offered his DeWalt, I'll get a handful of fresh blades and test cut a bunch of tiles on the diagonal to make sure that I've got my technique down (we'll need them cut along the tub edge anyway...).

Or do you buy the $50 Harbor Freight tile saw, and throw it away when you're done with it?

How many days will you need to use it? If you only need it a day or two rent. If you will need it any longer then buy the $500 one and sell it afterwards.
