This is awesome. Alice Dreger sat in on her son's abstinence based sex ed class, and live-tweeted it.

Alice Dreger: This is not the week I expected to have.
And that MeFi thread has turned somewhat contentious based on some comments Alice Dreger has made about transsexual/intersex issue. I'm reading, and trying to understand, but don't have any links to recommend yet.
