Run it by gravity to the lemon tree and a few other larger plants. The basin is because we didn't want to run full-on 2" PVC to all of those places, and we were having trouble with a plastic bin and a pump because a little water would end up pooled in the bottom, and get gross.
This runs the water out immediately, buffers it so we can use garden hoses, and we get to re-use.
Got a guy by for a quote today for punching a hole through the foundation to get shower and tub water out for irrigation. That's the next project.
