FBI getting copies of defense copies

Miami U.S. Attorney’s Office, FBI accused of spying on defense in Medicare fraud case.

Defense goes to FBI warehouse to look at documents for discovery. Is told that if they want to copy any of those documents, they have to use approved copy shop. Approved copy shop provides FBI with CD ROM of the documents that the defense wanted copied. So it's not quite intercepting privileged conversation, but there's a lot you could glean about defense strategy by looking at which documents they wanted copied, and this sure feels like dirty pool.
