They'll just use diesel powered generators to get hydrogen from electrolysis.
All you have to have then is a supply chain and a source of water...

Once upon a time the Army used "multi-fuel" vehicles that ran best on diesel but could run on everything from gasoline to alcohol to jet fuel. I think this was eventually killed by emissions requirements.
Now they're going to make it so you have to find a hydrogen filling station?

You did note that the ZH2 is a hydrogen fuel cell fueled truck with an electric drive train. Right?
