that law has always been a strange one. Having it on the books helped with *other* laws (i.e., how can we make homosexual marriage legal when sodomy is illegal?) but was always viewed as an unenforceable law.....well, at least *most* people saw it that way. Why some cop even *made* this arrest is puzzling to me.....maybe a jilted lover? ;o) I'm glad it's gone any way........just one more issue the press won't have to beat Bush over the head with....
