Because, yes, what a woman who's clearly a trafficked victim most needs is her personal finances disclosed by police. Presumably before they confiscate that money.

Of *course* they're going to confiscate the money. That's what they do, every time, when they find a big stash of cash.
(Also, you're technically not allowed to keep cash in a safe deposit box. I think it's actually against federal law.)
