Dang it, Jay, you're not supposed to tell them that the "due to overwhelming anticipated independent voter turnout this year, the polling days will be split and Democrats and Republicans will vote on Wednesday" thing was a hoax. Candidates with gullible voters shouldn't get elected.

Just checked, of the 1124 accesses to / or /index.html since "01/Nov/2000:09:22:48 -0800" from 694 individual IPs, Metafilter was in the referrer of 31.

Haven't been watching the logs, so I don't know where my traffic's been coming from recently (or, for that matter, even where it's coming from). And since I tweaked my Apache compile I'm not even sure that my CGI log analyzer works. Gonna have to check that...
