Oh. My. Deities. Jessi the kid - preteen girl model, nominally a site set up to sell... something... for Jessi's college fund. I'll just be lying in the corner in the fetal position in shock. I hope, for sanity's sake, that this is merely some law enforcement sting operation to string in pedophiles.

Actually, a little poking around shows that whois registers this to WEBE WEB Corp, currently of Fort Lauderdale, formerly of the triangle area in North Carolina, which is also involved in Lil' Amber (sic), Max's House of Submissive Sluts, PETER's PRIVATE COLLECTION XXX FREE XXX, the list goes on. No, misguided parent is unlikely.

I'm afraid I think not... This site's been around for a while, actually. I think it's just parents with no judgement, proxy delusions of grandeur, or both.
