So, they arrest the author of the Anna Kournikova virus while Bill Gates goes free? Excuse me? This is akin to arresting the driver of a car with sabotaged brakes while rewarding the saboteur. There ain't no justice.

Yeah, or perhaps this is more akin to arresting the person who says "No, really, it's okay to back your Pinto into brick walls" rather than the VP who made the cost/benefit decision to put the easily punctured gas-tank over the rear axle.

No - what you recommend is arresting the CEO of Ford because the car has brakes that are easily sabotaged. The real problem is the drivers who are willing to drive vehicles that are pieces of shit...
