On August 22, 2025, the Court held a conference to discuss Mr. Feldman’s conduct. It set out to understand how his citation errors came to be and to what extent he used AI assistance to generate his submissions to the Court. The Court began by placing Mr. Feldman under oath (Dkt. #223 (“Tr.”) at 4-5) and then proceeded to ask him a series of questions.
