Via Pursed Lips, the National Research Council will tour regions that voted for Bush to ask about citizens' views on Tools and Strategies for Protecting Kids from Pornography and Their Applicability to Other Inappropriate Internet Content.

I was planning to argue with Debra and Dan both that Austin, Texas is a liberal community and not one where the majority of voters picked Bush. However, I looked at the NRC agenda and noticed that the "Austin" meetings are for the most part taking place in Pflugerville and North Austin ... in some of the most conservative areas of the city. South Austin, land of the hippie freaks, is entirely unrepresented. So I guess I can't argue with you guys. Bleah.
