Not necessarily enough there to go read it, but Salon talks about a guy harassed by a cop in Toledo for reading Esquire. We need an enforcement mechanism to go back and open up a can of Bill of Rights on schmucks like this:
The officer scanned the pages sternly and declared them to
be pornographic. He had Sebastian open up his backpack to
make sure that there were no more offending materials hidden
within, but there was only his diary, his wallet and a copy
of the New York Times.
