Yeah, a 4 megapixel version of the D30 would be sweet, although I probably wouldn't spring for it right now 'cause I'm looking at some pretty expensive Burning Man projects...

3.4 megapixel camera based on the Nikon N60, $2800, including a 1 gigabyte IBM Microdrive.

The N60 isn't a wonderful SLR body, and the camera won't meter pre-digital lenses, but I find it works very well.
