Dump valves are weird.. they really move very little, but have a large surface to open up allowing very good flow. We need the equivelent of the compound crossbow for air-pressure.. Hmmm..

They haven't banned schedule 80 PVC yet, though... [evil cackle].
At one point Loren Carpenter showed me what looked like a very effective design for a valve to dump huge quantities of 100PSI or so very quickly. I'm going to have to see about recreating that design with affordable materials, 'cause a couple of big bike pumps and we could avoid the whole pyrotechnics question. "No, officer, no fireworks here."

You'll notice they've quietly banned tennis ball cans, and replaced them with those plastic thingies... Entirely unsuited for making polish cannons out of. :(

You can also build .22 silencers out of them, and huff vapors with them.. and and.. maybe we need a law to ban Pringles cans.

Cute though the pringle's antenna is, it didn't fare wall in the one homebrew antenna shoot-out that I've seen.
