Damn, I missed both Brad and Diane yesterday. Big cycling race in the city, and as I figured out how much time it'd take to get through that mess it seemed like way too much to deal with. Sorry, both.

We missed you too, Dan. The navel, she is done, thoroughly pierced and what a wonderful and all-around trippy experience it was! I gave Charlie a crash course in how to use the digital camera and he did a decent job documenting the whole thing; as soon as I get it posted somewhere, I'll let you see what you missed! (Any suggestions on a free and usable photo-hosting site?)

This morning's news: no swelling, no redness, a little tenderness, looks great. I'm feeling jazzed, and glad I did it!
