There are things in your life that you hope you'll never need to know, but do. the PS/2 mouse protocol is kept here for future reference because it has become one of those things for me.

Sorry, I can't stop snickering... And I started long before I got to the stop snickering part...

But this is coming from someone who just downgraded a 2Ghz machine from Win2K to NT4 because of driver support (and was seriously considering just cobbling something together in Linux - after all, it is just a digitizer).
