U.N. Security Council Resolutions.

They're by year, then by number.

Two things would be handy:

  1. Search by number
  2. Show which ones have been superceded or removed by later resolutions.

Are they stupid or what? Don't they know that security resolutions are known by their numbers? Why is there any way of searching for a resolution by number?
