Add-On... Frist just got hit by the SEC for selling his HCA stock per 'insider information' just before the public got bad news about HCA. He said "I did not want a conflict of interest".. and "I only have access to the same public information as anyone else". That his family founded and runs it must must mean no discussions about HCA at Sunday dinner, right? Laughing...
