Awwwww... Dang it, I was waiting for Sergey Brin to don the helmet and, between respirator assisted breaths, exclaim "I am your father...".

The error message has been updated to reflect that it was the video uploader's choice, not Google's, to limit distribution of the video.

We now return the internet to its usual level of hysteria :-)

The person uploading the video can choose to restrict the video from playback in certain countries. See my journal entry:

While Google's software facilitates blocking, it's almost certainly not choosing to block the video itself.
