It's interesting to note that Google always sends you to Boston even if you start in, say, Miami! That means you have to drive an extra 1200+ miles before starting your swim. And it also only works for destinations in Europe!

I was quite disappointed that they don't see swimming the Pacific as a viable route to Asia...
