Yep. Although we pay PacBell to give us a "business class" connection that we've finally given up spending hours on the phone trying to make remotely solid, it's the folks who try to close all trouble tickets within 30 minutes who get hosed.

More reasons I don't believe in Cluetrain. Destroying your competitors is much more important than pleasing your customers.
