I think I'm a Costa Rican bean just barely roasted to City Light, allowed to outgas for 12 hours,ground fine in a burr grinder, added to 196°F water, allowed to steep for two and a half minutes and poured through a drip filter for a four minute total brew time.
Served black. Like my soul. With floral overtones and just a hint of acidity.
