People still use non rechargeable AA's? How strange.

What do you use rechargeable AAs for?

All the rechargeable devices I use on a regular basis have built in lithium ion batteries. Anything with AAs in it is camping gear or burning man gear or something else I'm unlikely to use more than a few times a year. Not worth buying extra-expensive batteries and keeping a whole recharging apparatus around somewhere.

Speedlites, underwater strobes, dive lights, headlamps, flashlights, remotes, sprinkler timers, thermostat, GPS, pocket wizards, wireless keyboards, and whatever else takes AAs and AAAs.

Sanyo Eneloops are awesome - they keep their charge for a year and I have a drawer full of them.
