Reminds of meeting "Commander Dean".. who used to do morning radio Chattanooga Traffic Reports sitting in a Chevy Suburban overlooking the ridge cut via a cell phone, with a helicopter sound track playing on the radio in the background.

Who needs a helicopter soundtrack? Just slap your chest and talk into the Mic through a kerchief.
