Who could resist reading at least the second paragraph of this obit from The Telegraph of London?
"Ron Cunningham, who died on Monday aged 92, was an escapologist and end-of the-pier artiste specialising in feats such as eating light bulbs and removing a straitjacket while hanging upside down with his trousers on fire."

Hooked me! And after the exploits of a guy who did all of that stuff making it to 92, I also had to giggle at "After being rejected by the Army, apparently because he had a weak heart..."
