moss grows fat

The archives for the early days of Flutterby were by month, so I don't know when in February of 1998 I slapped the first few posts through the early scripts, but Flutterby as a weblog is a decade old. Wow, time flies.

Wow, Larry, in that sense although the address has changed it's closer to, what, 15 years old? I think S.I.P. as a full-fledged BBS went online in late '92. But, then, the Chia lunches arguably started in the late '80s.

Dan, after being around and reading and commenting over the past ten years I've got to say you truly have created a society of independent people. I look forward to the next ten years to see how things evolve.

Long Live Flutterby. Blog. BBS. Circle of Friends. Triangle of opposing forces. Kudos to Dan and much thanks for allowing us to post and play on what is a tip of the iceberg of Dan's thoughts, kept alive by the depth and breadth of them. Thank you.
