S.F. teachers urged to emulate Jimi Hendrix:
"Remember the first time you heard Jimi Hendrix?" reads the cover of the
district's new 51-page education guide. "Our plan is as transformational
now as his music was then!"
Given that Hendrix died of an OD at 27, maybe this is a way to keep the staff fresh and not have to worry about paying out for those pesky pensions?

For any teachers under the age of, say, 40, wouldn't the first question be "Jimi who?"
