Chattanooga: #136 - Hmm... I've lived in and recently spent some time in places higher on this list, I'd rank it a bit higher than it got. It might say more about what population response is to cellphone and landline surveys.

Dang it, Columbus ranks 91st and Cincinnati 107th. But I didn't expect any better.
I currently live in Ohio primarily due to proximity to relatives and long-time friends. But I will be moving southeast, south, southwest, west, or northwest at some point again in the future...
