Many moons ago, the Chattanooga Times Free Press approached me for it for both the main newspaper and this "fluff" publication that was distributed about once a month. They were apparently ahead of their time.

No love for Murdoch here, but another NYC area paper was caught doing the same thing a couple of years ago. Padding circulation figures and writing favorable articles for pay seems to be endemic.

It didn't take Murdoch long to infuse the WSJ with his fine sense of ethics!!
