It's not censorship, it's just that Time is smart enough to know most Americans do not give a good goddamn what happens in the rest of the world.
Which is why my weekly news periodical is The Economist.
Time's not entirely horrible, though; I read an issue every once in a while. After all, they DO *report* on the rest of the world in the US version; they just don't put it on the cover.

I find such things glaring at me every time I leave the USA. I'd love to have the real BBC news channels here, and real news in general. I find there are major stories hidden in the crawl on the bottom of the screen, while the talking heads rant about some rich dude possibly offing wife/girlfriend in Aruba for hours. \
