Signed up for Netflix for that silly

Signed up for Netflix for that silly Petaluma Christmas movie. It is sobering that the premier streaming service has UX that sucks that hard and is so full of anti patterns.

If the UX is an anti-pattern, then you likely aren't the target customer.

Yeah, and, of course, app-based. Like lemme use the damned web site to find things to add to my watch list, don't make me go to my tablet to poke through this crap.

Oh well, we have the next few movies we want to watch queued up, that'll take us through the month and we can decide to continue or not...

Netflix is awful for finding stuff. They are so keen on pushing shit to you based on your viewing habits, that they bury their own Films and TV Shows. It's weird.

The recommendations and discovery system on there just makes incredibly safe choices, to the point where it backfires and everyone gets annoyed with it.
