A case reported by Professor Volokh: A man was convicted of forgery and possessing forgery instruments. The Forgery: a faked urine sample. The forgery instrument? Something called a Whizzinator. I was afraid to read further.

So, was the forgery just in using the Whizzinator, or was it in ordering an XX-large model instead of the more realistic "So-So" size?

I was actually aware of the Whizzinator (no, I'm not linking, you can google it yourself). It's basically a flesh colored dildo with a bag and a hose through the middle. As you'd expect.
Interesting way to prosecute that...
